Hold your dreams always within your thought. - Brendon Whitehead.

I have been writing poetry from a young age and won a number of awards in school Speech and Drama. I have always best expressed myself through poetry and writing, and currently publish poetry on Triond, https://www.triond.com/users/Tattyfae.

I have been working as a chef for the past few years and have been involved in the restaurant industry on various levels from the age of 15. I have extensive knowledge of the industry and have learned massively about food from silver service to simple cafe food. My husbands family are all involved in food on some level. His parents opened restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia, the latter is still running today, 13 years later, by his sister. I am a vegetarian and therefore specialize in this area. My aim is to expand people's creativity and allow them the realization that cooking and baking need not be complicated in order to be delicious and nutritious.

My family and friends have a dream of building a self sustained community. We are actively moving forward with our dream as we speak. We believe that returning to nature and the abundance that She offers is beneficial to our future and the future of our children. Our intentions are based entirely around our children, for they are our future. We believe that society today is on rocky ground, that mankind in fact is on rocky ground as a species. In order for us to survive, we choose to return to the land. By all means, this does not mean that we choose to isolate ourselves from society, but we choose to utilize a few aspects of technology (ie. the internet) to make ourselves heard and in our way do our bit to further awareness amongst others.

I trust that you will find my work interesting and thought provoking. I know that some will find inspiration in my articles and others will view them as idealistic, however, if I manage to reach but a handful of people through my words I will have achieved.
